Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the crystal to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely wrap the crystal in its original padding and boxing to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund items damaged due to poor packaging.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
